I teach blind and partially sighted children and young people at a special school (www.newcollegeworcester.co.uk). Sound is so very often one of the major the keys to facilitating these students' learning. I've been using pretty standard digital audio recording equipment up until now, but I'm going to try my iPhone instead. I used to use iListen to transcribe recordings, I'm not sure if MacSpeech Dictate would have the same functionality to make the process easier.
